Few hours back I was free and I wanted to do something new. I wanted to cook.  Yesterday I had a cooking demo with my mom in "HAPPY CHILDREN BECOME HAPPY ADULTS" class which was conducted by "SHARAN". We made Peanut butter cookies in the demo. It's very easy and tasty. I had the recipe sheet and all ingredients so I decided to make it. I was making on my own the first time so I was kind of nervous. I wanted to surprise my mom, but I needed to know where all ingredients were so I decided to tell her instead. She told me all placings of all items, it was quite confusing but I handled. Then I removed and kept all the ingredients on the kitchen platform. Then I looked at the recipe and started making.  First I mixed all ingredients except almond milk and garnish (including peanut butter and vanilla extract), then I put some of the almond milk inside and made a nice smooth dough. Few months back I saw a movie called "DORA AND THE LOST CITY OF GOLD". It was the best movie ever. I went to see the movie with my dad in "R CITY MALL'. I told my mum all about it after we came home after watching the movie. After listening to me she also was eagerly waiting to see the movie. But as the normal cartoon "DORA THE EXPLORER" was so boring and it was a flop, everyone thought that this movie will also be a flop, but I can tell as i saw that it was the best movie ever and my dad also felt the same, anyway because everyone thought it was a flop nobody came to see the movie and that's why the movie went off in the theatres and my mum couldn't see it, also I wanted to see it again, but could not. Then we waited for months for it to come on like Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, Amazon Prime, etc. I almost forgot half of the movie as I see a lot of movies and I really become confused... Then today i was looking for some good movie on Prime Video,...

The other day my mother told me that there was a SALAD REVOLUTION happening in SHARAN, then she suddenly asked if I wanted to do a demo. I thought for some while and finally agreed. I was very excited but at the same time I was nervous. Then after a while my mother asked - Which Salad I wanted to prepare in the demo? My favourite salads are Chickpea Salad and Sprout Bhel. My mom suggested Chickpea Salad but I wanted to do Sprout Bhel. My mum totally agreed.  Then after a day or two, it was time for a mock session, but then as I was a little nervous we postponed it. Then after one day, it was time for my postponed mock session. I dressed properly and got ready to start. It went very well. Just there were some mistakes, like I opened the blender jar before the blending was done because of that chutney, that I was blending, was going everywhere, then I had to not say the quantity of the ingredients or else I was getting too stressed.
